| ESAP integrates different modules consisting of masters and forms. Masters are
grouped based on functionality. For example, the 'Administration' module
contains ‘Student details’ and ‘Address book’ masters grouped under 'Student
Record' functionality. There are four modules in the ESAP Application. Click

Administration |
| The Administration module manages the common information for the application.
This data is used in the other modules. Administration masters are categorized
in five groups: |
| 1.
This includes masters that are associated to student related information. There
are two masters in this group - Student Details and Address book. |
| 2.
This includes masters that are associated to user related information. There
are four masters in this group - User Groups and Types, Employment Status, User
Details, and User Permissions. |
| 3.
This includes masters that contain general information related to school system
and hierarchy. There are five masters in this group - Exit Details, Grades,
School System Organization, School/District Setup, School Organization Setup,
and Location of meeting.

| 4.
This includes masters that store information related to student assessments and
needs in IEP. There are five masters in this group - Assistive Technology
Devices, Evaluation Tests and categories, Goals and Short term Objectives,
Accommodation Masters, and Unfinalize document. |
| 5.
This includes masters that define Services and Procedures required by the
students in IEP. |
Forms |
| The main component of the ESAP system is the data entry form. Details for the
required IEP documents, processes for conducting IEP meeting, parent and other
participant’s information, and other similar information is entered onto forms
that duplicate the look of the printed form. |
Common information is pulled from the masters, while the remainder is completed
in the document. All the forms are categorized into the following groups. |
1.
The Student Referral form is used to document key demographic and language
survey details of the student and his parents when referred to a school
district. |
| 2. Due Process Rights: This contains a PDF document that describes the
educational rights of parents of children with disabilities. |
| 3.
: The documents here are to seek permission from parent/guardian for evaluation
of their child for any disability and for special educational needs. |
| 4.
: The documents in this group are for sending notices to the parent/guardian. |
| 5. IEP Initial and Triennial ():
This group consists of documents segregated on basis of age groups. The
document records all the necessary details of the student needs for special
education and related services, goals and objectives set for student, and
similar. These details help initiate IEP process. |
| 6. IEP Review Meeting ():
The documents under this group are maintained for review of IEP Initial and
Triennial documents. This group also consists of documents segregated on basis
of age groups. |
| 7.
Here support documents for IEP are maintained that describe the student
disabilities and the plans for these disabilities. |
| 8.
The supplementary forms filled to acquire additional information and
permissions are grouped under the 'Other' module. |
Services |
| Services module functions as an administrative arm of the ESAP system. This
module is for identifying service providers, scheduling service and fixing
units of service to students associated to a service provider.

The services module contains two pages. |
1.
Caseload page allows searching and associating student to Service Provider. |
| The student so associated to service provider is offered various services
depending upon the disability.

| 2.
This screen opens through Caseload page. Service Provision provides Service
information and enables document rendered services and schedule new services. |
Reports |
| Reports is a section in ESAP system that enables generate reports. The reports
so generated can be viewed and printed. |
ESAP system generates two types of reports: |
| 1.
These are unique reports for various elements in ESAP system like Services,
Students, Users, Upcoming Meetings, Meeting Schedules etc. |
| 2.
These are student performance reports. |
